Bookings

20% of the total payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made prior to 60 days of period to the commencement of Safari.

50% of the total payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made between 30 days and 60 days to the commencement of Safari.

100% of the total payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of period to the commencement of Safari.

Cancellation of Safari

Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must have to inform the company in writing. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by the company. 1) More than 60 days prior to departure: 20% of package price, 2) between 60 – 30 days prior to departure: 50% of package price, 3) 30 days or less prior to departure: 70% of package price

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

There is no refund for any unused portion of your Safari once commenced. Cancellation penalties or Airfares are additional and are not included in the above cancellation charges. Cancellation insurance for the total land Safari cost is suggested. Last Image Safari is not responsible for any charge in Airline schedules, Airfares, cancellation loss or injury suffered on any Airline must be made directly with the Airline involved an not Africa Safari. Any requested change to the agreed itinerary may be subject to additional charges.
